尿道损伤早期腔内输尿管镜治疗的效果研究

目的：研究早期腔内输尿管镜治疗尿道损伤的临床效果。方法方便选取2013年1月—2015年12月期间,该院收治的48例尿道损伤患者作为研究对象。患者根据手术方式进行分组：21例应用腔内输尿管镜治疗为观察组,27例应用传统开放性手术治疗者为对照组,观察和比较两组患者的手术时间、术后恢复时间、术后住院时间与术后并发症。结果两组患者术后均恢复自主排尿,观察组的手术时间、术后恢复时间与术后住院时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)；观察组的并发症率为14.29%,明显低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。结论尿道损伤早期应用腔内输尿管镜治疗安全有效,术后并发症少且恢复快,值得推广应用。

Effect of Urethral Injury Early Endovascular Treatment Ureteroscopy

Objective To study the early intraluminal lithotripsy urethral injury clinical effect. Methods Convenient selec-tion January 2013— December 2015 period, 48 cases of urethral injury patients admitted to our hospital were selected for the study. Patients were grouped according to surgical procedures: 21 cases underwent intraluminal lithotripsy observation group, 27 cases underwent traditional open surgery for the treatment group, the operative time, postoperative recovery time, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications of two groups were compared. Results The postoperative recov-ery was spontaneous voiding observation group operative time, postoperative recovery time and postoperative hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05); the observation group complication rate was 14.29%, significantly 22.22%lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Early application of intraluminal urethral injury lithotripsy is safe and effective, fewer complications and quicker recovery, should be widely applied.
