铝碳酸镁结合兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡126例分析

目的：对铝碳酸镁结合兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡患者的疗效进行分析。方法选2013年5月—2014年10月该院消化内科收治的126例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组和实验组各63例患者。常规组单纯使用兰索拉唑治疗,实验组加铝碳酸镁,比较两组疗效及预后。结果实验组患者的治愈率（55.56%)和总有效率（100%)明显高于常规组的（25.40%)和（82.54%),且差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05);且实验组预后明显优于常规组,且差异有统计学意义P﹤0.05。结论铝碳酸镁结合兰索拉唑对胃溃疡的治疗更有效,且预后较好。

Combined with Hydrotalcite Lansoprazole in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer in 126 Cases Analysis

Objective Of hydrotalcite combined with the efficacy of lansoprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients were analyzed. Methods Select may 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital digestive internal medicine treated 126 cases of gastric ulcer patients as the research object,were randomly divided into normal group and experimental group 63 cases pa-tients.Routine group only lansoprazole in the treatment,the experimental group plus hydrotalcite,curative effect and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The patients in the experimental group the cure rate (55.56%)and the total efficiency(100%)was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(25.4%)and(82.54%)and significant differences, with statistical significance (P﹤0.05);and the prognosis in the experimental group was significantly better than the conven-tional group,P﹤0.05. Conclusion The effect of Hydrotalcid combined with lansoprazole on gastric ulcer treatment more ef-fective,and the prognosis is good.
