改良小切口与传统甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺腺瘤的对比研究

目的：对比改良小切口与传统甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺腺瘤的效果。方法整群选取该院2013年7月—2014年8月收治的76例甲状腺腺瘤患者随机分成两组，各38例。观察组采取改良小切口术，对照组采取传统甲状腺切除术，比较两组住院时间、手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量及术后并发症情况。结果观察组住院时间、手术时间、切口长度及术中出血量较对照组明显减少（P﹤0.01)；观察组术后并发症发生率为15.79%，相对于对照组明显降低（P﹤0.05)。结论改良小切口术在甲状腺腺瘤治疗中效果显著，并发症少，值得应用。

Comparative Study of Improved Small Incision and Traditional Thyroidec-tomy Surgery in the Treatment of Thyroid Adenoma

Objective To compare with the effect of improved small incision and traditional thyroidectomy surgery treatment of thyroid adenoma. Methods 76 cases of thyroid adenoma patients treated in our hospital in July 2013- August 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, each of 38 cases. Observation group were given small incision surgery, control group were given traditional thyroidectomy surgery, hospital time, operation time, incision length, blood loss and postoperative compli-cations of two groups were compared. Results Hospitalization time, operation time, incision length blood loss intraoperative of observation group compared with control group significantly reduced (P﹤0.01);Postoperative complication rate of observa-tion group was 15.79%, compared with control group was significantly lower (P﹤0.05) . Conclusion Effect of small incision surgery in the treatment of thyroid adenoma is significant, with few complications,worthy of application.
