肱骨近端骨折手术与非手术治疗的疗效比较

目的：探讨肱骨近端骨折手术与非手术治疗的临床疗效。方法整群选择2013年1月—2014年12月该院进行肱骨近端骨折治疗患者49例，按照治疗方案分组，分为手术组22例，非手术组27例，手术组患者采用锁定钢板进行固定复位。非手术组采用保守治疗。结果二部分骨折非手术组优良率94.74%明显高于手术组87.50%，且差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论肱骨近端骨折患者，二部分骨折保守治疗疗效较佳，三、四部分骨折患者手术治疗疗效较佳。

Comparison of Operative and Non Operative Treatment of Proximal Humeral Fractures

Objective To observe the clinical effect of surgical treatment and non operative treatment of proximal humeral fracture. Methods Group selection proximal humeral fracture treatment of 49 patients with January 2013 to December 2014 my courtyard, grouped according to treatment, surgery group (22 cases) and non operative group (27 cases) and operation group treated with locking plate fixation. Conservative treatment was used in the non operative group. Results In the two part, the excellent and good rate in the non operative group was 87.50% higher than that in the operation group (94.74%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with proximal humerus fractures, the two part of the fracture conservative treatment efficacy is better, the three or four part of the fracture patients with surgical treat-ment efficacy is better.
