| 摘 要： | 目的：探究综合性康复护理干预对脑瘫患儿运动功能及生存质量的影响。方法方便选取该院于2015年1—10月进行诊治的脑瘫患儿80例，随机分为两组，每组40例，观察组患儿行综合康复护理干预，对照组患儿行一般护理干预，比较两组患儿GMFM、PedsQIA.0评分。结果治疗后，两组患儿评分均提高，观察组患儿治疗后PedsQIA.0总分、GMFM评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论综合性康复护理干预可提高脑瘫患儿运动功能及生存质量，具有重要意义。

The Influence of the Quality of Life and Movement Function of Compre-hensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Children with Cerebral Palsy |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore influence of the quality of life and movement function of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on children with cerebral palsy. Methods Convenient selection this study selected 80 cases of children from Januay to October 2015 with cerebral palsy in our hospital diagnosis and treatment , 40 cases in each group and ob-servation group role of comprehensive nursing intervention, the control role of general nursing intervention, compare the two groups children with GMFM, PedsQIA. 0 score. Results After treatment, two groups of children with scores were improved, the observation group after treatment in children with PedsQIA. 0 score, GMFM score higher than the control group, differ-ence has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the quality of children with cerebral palsy movement function and survival, is of great significance. |
