风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用效果分析

目的：研究探索风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用效果并加以分析。方法整群选取该院2014年11月—2015年11月接诊的254例手术室患者，随机分为对照和观察组，对对照组实常规护理，观察组实施风险管理，对两组分别开展不同的管理模式，比较两组干预后的结果，进行分析，围绕结论探讨风险意识在手术室护理管理中的重要影响。结果观察组护理总满意度98.4%显著高于对照组72.4%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；观察组手术室护理期间风险发生率0.8%显著低于对照组11.8%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险护理管理在手术室中的应用，能显著减少风险事件的发生，提高患者护理满意度，改善医护人员面对危险发生时的应对能力，此次研究结果具备于临床推广的意义与价值。

The Analysis of Application Effect on Risk Consciousness for Nursing Man-agement in Operation Room

Objective To explore The analysis of application effect on risk consciousness for nursing management in opera-tion room. Methods Group selection 254 patients who were admitted in our hospital from November 2014 to Norember 2015 was divided into control group and experimental group, routine nursing was implemented for the control group, risk man-agement was implement for the observation group. Compared with the results of the two groups after intervention and ana-lyzed the important influence according to the risk consciousness for nursing management in operation room. Results 98.4%satisfaction in the observation group which is higher than the control group, The difference between the two groups was sta-tistical significant (P<0.01);the incidence rate of risk in the observation group 0.8% was significantly lower than the control group 11.8%, the difference between the two groups was statistical significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of nursing risk management in operation room, can significantly reduce the occurrence of risk events, it can improve the satisfaction of pa-tients and the coping ability when facing the danger, this research result have meaning and value for the clinical promotion.
