摘    要:目的:探讨门诊引导服务对老年患者就诊时间及满意度的影响。方法随机选取2013年8月—2015年6月来该院门诊就诊的160例老年患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组80例。观察组患者在该院导医的门诊引导服务下就诊,对照组自行就诊。比较两组患者的就诊时间以及患者对门诊引导护理服务的满意度。结果观察组就诊时间为(4.26±1.07)h,与对照组的(6.39±2.25)h比较显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组满意度为93.75%,与对照组的80.00%比较显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论门诊引导服务可缩短老年患者的就诊时间,并能显著提高患者的就诊满意度,值得在临床应用。

Effect of Outpatient Service on Time and Satisfaction of Elderly Patients
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of outpatient service on time and satisfaction of elderly patients. Methods Ran-dom selection selected August 2013 to June 2015 to 160 cases of elderly patients in out-patient department of our hospital as the research object, using random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 80 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were guided in our hospital outpatient service under the guidance of medical treatment, the control group on their own. Compared the two groups of patients with the treatment time and patients to guide nursing service satisfaction. Results Observation group treatment time (4.26 ± 1.07) h, and the control group (6.39 ± 2.25 )h is significantly lower, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05); observation group satisfac-tion was 93.75%, and the control group 80.00% is significantly higher, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Outpatient service guide service can shorten the time of treatment of elderly patients, and can significantly im-prove the patient's satisfaction, it is worth in clinical application.
