妊娠晚期孕妇生殖道B族溶血性链球菌感染及对妊娠结局的影响

目的：探究妊娠晚期孕妇生殖道B族溶血性链球菌(GBS)感染对妊娠结局的影响。方法随机选取该院2015年1-7月收治的妊娠晚期孕妇100例作为该次研究对象,其中50例为GBS阳性孕妇作为实验组,50例为GBS阴性孕妇作为对照组,对比2组妊娠晚期孕妇妊娠结局的差异性。结果实验组GBS阳性孕妇剖宫产的发生率(36.00%)、胎膜早破、宫内感染、早产、羊水污染的总发生率(46.00%)以及胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿感染的总发生率(70.00%)明显高于对照组GBS阴性孕妇剖宫产的发生率(56.00%)、胎膜早破、宫内感染、早产、羊水污染的总发生率(26.00%)以及胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿感染的总发生率(40.00%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 GBS是危害母婴健康的一种致病菌,其会对妊娠结局造成不良的影响,加强围产期GBS的筛查,给予孕妇相应的预防措施,对改善孕妇的妊娠结局十分有益。

Third Trimester Pregnant Women Genital Tract B Group Hemolytic Strep-tococcus Infection and Effects on Pregnancy Outcome

Objective To explore the third trimester pregnant women genital tract B group hemolytic streptococcus (GBS) infection effect on pregnancy outcome. Methods Random select our hospital from January 2015 to July 2015 were of preg-nant women in late pregnancy in 100 cases as the research object, which 50 cases of GBS positive pregnant women as the experimental group, 50 cases of GBS negative pregnant women as control group, compared two groups of pregnant women in the third trimester pregnancy outcome differences of. Results The experimental group GBS positive women the incidence of cesarean section (36.00%), premature rupture of membranes, intrauterine infection, the total incidence of preterm birth, am-niotic fluid pollution (46.00%) and the total incidence of fetal distress, neonatal infections (70.00%) is significantly higher than control group in GBS negative pregnant women the incidence of cesarean section (56.00%), premature rupture of mem-branes, intrauterine infection, the total incidence of preterm birth, amniotic fluid pollution (26.00%) and the total incidence of fetal distress, neonatal infections (40.00%), P< 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion GBS is mater-nal and child health hazard of a pathogen, it can cause adverse effects on pregnancy outcome, strengthen the screening of perinatal GBS, pregnant women to give corresponding prevention measures, to improve pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women who is very good.
