护理干预对降低小儿过敏性紫癜复发的作用

目的：分析护理干预对降低小儿过敏性紫癜复发的作用。方法方便选择2013年2月—2015年4月间在该院展开治疗的80例过敏性紫癜患儿当成研究选取对象，依据随机数字法将所选患儿分成实验与对照两个组各40例。实验组采取护理干预，对照组采取常规护理，对比两组护理总有效率以及过敏性紫癜复发率。结果实验组护理总有效率为92.50%，明显高于对照组72.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组过敏性紫癜复发率为12.5%，明显低于对照组27.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予过敏性紫癜患儿护理干预，具有护理总有效率高、过敏性紫癜复发率低等特征，有较高的临床推广价值。

The Role of Nursing Intervention to Reduce the Recurrence of Pediatric Al-lergic Purpura

Objective To analyze the role of nursing intervention to reduce the recurrence of pediatric allergic purpura. Methods Convenient selection from February 2013 to April 2015, 80 cases of children with allergic purpura in our hospital were selected as the research object. According to the random number method, the selected cases were divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was taken nursing in-tervention, the control group took routine nursing care, compared with the two groups of the total effective rate and the re-currence rate of allergic purpura.Results The nursing the total effective rate was 92.50%, significantly higher than the con-trol group 72.5%, significant difference (P<0.05), statistically significant;Experimental allergic purpura recurrence rate was 12.5%, significantly lower than the control group 27.5%, significant difference (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Con-clusion Nursing intervention in children with allergic purpura, high nursing total effective rate, low relapse rate of allergic purpura characteristics, has high clinical value.
