不同方式治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的疗效对比

目的：为有效改善结石性胆囊炎患者腹痛、嗳气等症状,临床探究腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗效果。方法整群选取该院2014年8月—2015年9月期间收治的96例急性结石性胆囊炎患者,按病床单双号分为腹腔镜组48例、开腹组48例,观察两组患者术后排气时间、术中出血量、手术耗时、疼痛感、住院时间及术后并发症情况。结果腹镜组手术耗时（56.7±3.7）min、术后排气（15.4±4.7）h、疼痛感（1.5±0.4）分、出血量（43.7±7.6）mL、住院用时（6.1±1.5） d均少与开腹组[（78.5±6.1）min、（27.1±5.3）h、（3.8±0.7）分、（67.4±9.2）mL、（8.6±2.3）d],P<0.05；腹镜组较开腹组切口感染、肠粘连、肠管损伤并发症少,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论临床对急性结石性胆囊炎患者进行手术治疗时,采用腹腔镜手术,患者恢复快、疼痛感弱、出血量少、术后并发症少。

Compare the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery and Conventional La-parotomy in the Treatment of Acute Calculous Cholecystitis

Objective To efficiently improve the symptoms of stomachache and belching and explore the clincial effect of laparoscopic surgery and conventional laparotomy in patients with acute calculous cholecystitis. Methods Group selection 96 patients with acute calculous cholecystitis treated from August 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the odd or even number of hospital bed, 48 cases each group.The postoperative exhaust time, intraoperative blood loss, operation time, pain, hospitalization time and postoperative complica-tions of the two groups were observed. Results Abdominal speculum surgical group time-consuming (56.7±3.7) min, postop-erative exhaust (15.4±4.7) h, pain (1.5±0.4), bleeding (43.7±7.6) mL, hospitalized time (6.1±1.5) days are few and laparoto-my group (78.5±6.1)min, (27.1±5.3)h, (3.8±0.7) points,(67.4 ±9.2)mL, (8.6±2.3) d] (P<0.05).the incidence rate of complica-tions like incision infection, intestinal adhesion and intestinal injury for laparoscopic group was lower than that of laparoto-my group (P<0.05),the difference was stcltistically siqni ficant. Conclusion For patients with acute calculous cholecystitis, the laparoscopic surgery is featured as fast recovery,lower pain degree and bleeding amount and fewer complications.
