管道护理在IABP患者非计划性脱管和拔管中的价值

目的：探讨管道护理在主动脉内球囊反搏患者非计划性脱管和拔管中的价值。方法方便选择2013年6月—2015年9月该院收治的冠心病需要行IABP治疗患者80例,按照随机数字法分为两组,各40例,观察组实施该研究护理干预方法,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组非计划性脱管及拔管比例及两组IABP治疗时间及因导管问题引起死亡情况。结果观察组发生非计划性脱管﹑拔管的比例分别为2.5%和2.5%,均显著低于对照组的22.5%和25.0%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组IABP治疗时间为(128.6±25.1)h,长于对照组的(103.5±23.3)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后因导管问题引起死亡例数为1例,比例为2.5%,显著低于对照组的9例,22.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理干预能提高主动脉球囊反博治疗患者临床治疗效果,减少非计划性脱管﹑拔管比例。

Nursing Method for IABP with Pipeline Worth Detached and Unplanned Extubation

Objective To investigate the value of nursing method for IABP with pipeline worth detached and unplanned extubation. Methods 80 cases with coronary heart disease used IABP row from June 2013 to September 2015 were random-ly divided into two group, each 40 case,the observation group were practiced the present study nursing interventions, the control group were implemented routine care,then unplanned extubation detached and proportion and two IABP therapy due to catheter problems caused by time and death were compared. Results Convenient selection the detached unplanned extu-bation (2.5%) and extubation (2.5%) ratio in the observation group were lower than control group (22.5% and 25.0%) the difference of the was statically significant (P<0.05), IABP therapy in the observation group was(128.6±25.1)h,it was longer than (103.5±23.3)h of control group the difference of the was statically significant (P<0.05), cause problems due to the catheter proportion of deaths after treatment was 2.5% in the observation group,it was lower than 22.5% of control group the difference of the was statically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can improve aortic bal-loon counterpulsation therapy clinical outcomes in patients,anditcan reduce unplanned off the tube and extubation ratio.
