不孕合并卵泡黄素化不破裂综合征临床诊治分析

摘    要:目的:探讨不孕合并卵泡黄素化不破裂综合征的临床诊治方案。方法该研究方便选取该院在2012年12月—2015年12月收治的140例不孕合并卵泡黄素化不破裂综合征,依据自愿原则随机分为观察组和对照组各70例。对观察组患者行人绒毛膜促性腺激素联合卵泡穿刺治疗;对对照组患者行人绒毛膜促性腺激素联合药物治疗,观察两组患者在采用不同治疗措施后妊娠率、流产率,并将所得结果进行对比分析研究。结果在排卵率、妊娠率、流产率方面,观察组(85.71%、28.57%、1.43%)和对照组(57.41%、11.43%、4.29%)具有差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不孕合并卵泡黄素化不破裂综合征行人绒毛膜促性腺激素联合卵泡穿刺治疗,不仅能促进卵泡排出、提高妊娠率,而且手术具有安全简单、无副作用、无创伤等特点,因此该方法值得在临床上推广和使用。

Infertility with Follicle Luf Failure Syndrome Diagnosis and Treatment of Clinical Analysis
Abstract:Objective Discuss infertility with follicle syndrome luf don't burst of clinical diagnosis and treatment plan. Methods Convenient selection to study the selection in December 2012 to December 2015 treated 140 cases of infertility merger follicle syndrome luf don't burst, based on the principles of voluntary were randomly divided into observation group and control group 70 cases each. Pedestrians chorionic gonadotropin in patients with observation group with follicular punc-ture therapy; Pedestrians chorionic gonadotropin combined drugs in patients with the control treatment, observation of two groups of patients in different pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate after treatment, and compare the results analysis. Results In the aspect of ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate, the observation group (85.71%, 28.57%, 1.43%) and control group (57.41%, 11.43%, 4.29%) have significant difference, statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For infertility combined follicle syndrome luf don't burst pedestrians chorionic gonadotropin with follicular puncture therapy, not only can promote follicle eduction, increase the rate of pregnancy, and surgery is safe, easy and no side effect, no trauma, so this method is worth popularizing in clinic.
