口腔种植牙修复牙列缺损的临床应用意义探究

目的：研究口腔种植牙修复牙列缺损的临床应用意义。方法方便选取山东省威海市文登口腔医院于2013年2月—2015年2月收治的83例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,对比分析两组的治疗效果,抽签分成义齿佩戴组(n=41)和种植牙组(n=42),义齿佩戴组行常规义齿修复牙列缺损,种植牙组行口腔种植牙修复牙列缺损。结果①种植牙组相比于义齿佩戴组总有效率更高,治疗总有效率分别为95.24%和75.61%(P﹤0.05)；②修复前,种植牙组的牙槽骨近中和远中骨吸收量分别为(0.49±0.12)、(0.53±0.11),义齿佩戴组分别为(0.48±0.12)、(0.54±0.11)；修复后种植牙组相比于义齿佩戴组牙槽骨近中和远中骨吸收量变化更小,差异具有统计学意义,P﹤0.05。结论口腔种植牙修复牙列缺损的临床应用效果准确。

Clinical Significance of Dental Implant in the Repair of Dentition Defect

Objective To study the clinical significance of dental implant in the repair of dentition defect. Methods Shan-dong Weihai Wendeng oral hospital in February 2013 to February 2015 were 83 cases of tooth column defect patients as the research object, comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups, draw into denture wearing group (n = 41) and planting tooth group (n = 42), denture wearing group underwent conventional denture restoration of dentition defect, planting teeth group received oral implant restoration of dentition defect. Results ①the implant group compared to denture wearing group total efficiency is high, the total effective rate was 95.24% and 75.6%(P < 0.05); ②repair before planting teeth group's alveolar bone mesial and distal bone uptake were(0.49±0.12) and (0.53±0.11)mm, denture wearing group re-spectively (0.48±0.12 ),(0.54±0.11); repair after planting teeth group in denture wearing of alveolar bone near and far bone resorption volume changes smaller than, t-test statistically significant difference, P< 0.05. Conclusion The clinical appli-cation effect of dental implant in the repair of dentition defect is accurate.
