| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨参桂胶囊对心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法整群选取2013年3月—2015年3月期间在该院住院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者95例随机分成两组。对照组共46例，采取常规西药疗法；治疗组49例在对照组治疗基础上，加服参桂胶囊，观察两组的临床疗效。结果总有效率治疗组为87.96%，对照组为63.04%，两组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论参桂胶囊临床治疗心绞痛有较明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the shen gui capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris curative effect. Methods Group selection between March 2013 to March 2015, 95 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.46 cases were treated with routine western medicine; Treatment group (49 cases in the control group the same treatment, on the basis of increase oral and shen gui capsule. Results Treatment group total ef-fectiveness 87.76%, control group total effective rate 63.04%, two groups have significant difference (P< 0.01). Conclusion Shen gui capsule treatment of angina pectoris have obvious effect. |
