米非司酮结合米索前列醇在稽留流产中的应用价值

目的：探讨米非司酮结合米索前列醇在稽留流产中的应用价值。方法整群选取该院2013年3月—2015年3月收治的稽留流产孕妇110例作为实验对象,采用随机法分成观察组与对照组,每组55例,观察组患者采用米非司酮结合米索前列醇治疗,对照组患者采用苯甲酸雌二醇药物进行肌肉注射,然后再比较刮宫术治疗效果、阴道流血及手术时间状况。结果观察组患者用药后流产情况明显好于对照组,P<0.05；观察组患者阴道流血量<60 mL有49例(89.10%),流血量>60 mL有6例(10.91%),手术时间<5 min为9例(90.0%),>5 min为0例(0.0%),对照组患者上述几项分别是28(50.91%),21例(38.18%),40例(85.11%),7例(14.89%),观察组患者阴道流血量与手术时间都显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论米非司酮结合米索前列醇在稽留流产中具有较好的临床效果,有效改善了流产情况,减少了阴道流血量及手术时间,值得使用与推广。

Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol Application in Missed Abortion

Objective To investigate the value of mifepristone in combination with misoprostol missed abortion. Methods Group selection a hospital in March 2013 — March 2015 were treated 110 cases of missed abortion in pregnant women as subjects, using randomly divided into observation group and control group, 55 cases in each group, the observation group were treated with combination of mifepristone misoprostol treatment, the control group were treated with estradiol benzoate by intramuscular injection of drugs, and then compare curettage treatment, vaginal bleeding and surgical time status. Re-sults The patients after medication abortion significantly better than the control group,P<0.05; vaginal bleeding observed in patients <60 mL 49 cases (89.10%), blood volume> 60 mL, 6 patients (10.91%), operative time <5 min 9 cases (90.0%),>5 min from 0 patients (0.0%) in the control group said several patients were 28 (50.91%), 21 cases (38.18%), 40 cases (85.11%), 7 cases ( 14.89%), the observation group were vaginal bleeding and surgical time was significantly less than the control group, the difference is large, statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of mifepristone and misoprostol has better clinical results in missed abortion, abortion effectively improve the situation, reducing the amount of vaginal bleeding and operation time, it is worth using and promotion.
