早期康复护理在老年股骨头置换术后的应用研究

目的：评价早期康复护理对老年股骨头置换术后患者的影响。方法方便选择该院2014年6月一2015年6月间收治的90例接受股骨头置换术的老年患者,术后按照不同的护理方式均分为试验组和对照组,试验组患者采取早期康复护理,对照组患者给予常规康复锻炼,比较2组患者术后各项观察指标。结果试验组患者功能恢复中饮食、睡眠、心理康复、日常生活、患者相关知识掌握情况和家人理解与配合评分分均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05）；试验组患者中术后总并发症发生率11.1%和住院时间(10.3±1.1）d,均显著低于对照组患者的33.3%和(16.2±2.6）d (P<0.05）；试验组患者护理的优良率为95.6%,显著高于对照组患者的82.2%(P<0.05）。结论对老年股骨头置换术后患者实施早期康复护理疗效确切,可促进患者的功能恢复,减少并发症的发生,减少住院时间,提高患者的护理疗效和生活质量。

Application of Early Postoperative Rehabilitation Nursing Femoral Head Re-placement in Elderly

Objective Evaluation of early rehabilitation nursing femoral head replacement for elderly patients after impact. Methods Convenient in our hospital between June, June 2014 and 2015 were 90 cases undergoing femoral head replace-ment surgery in elderly patients, after operation according to different nursing ways equally into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group were taken early rehabilitation nursing, the control group were treated with rou-tine rehabilitation exercises, were compared between the two groups of patients with postoperative indexes. Results Func-tional test group of patients recovery diet, sleep, psychological rehabilitation, daily life, patients and family circumstances related knowledge and understanding with the score points were significantly higher in patients (P <0.05); experimental group of patients overall postoperative complications the incidence 11.1%and hospitalization(10.3 ± 1.1) d, were significant-ly lower than the control group of patients 33.3% and (16.2 ± 2.6) d (P<0.05); excellent rate of patient care test group 95.6%, significantly higher than 82.2%of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion In elderly patients with femoral head is effective implementation of early rehabilitation nursing, patients can promote functional recovery, reduce complications, reduce hospi-talization time, improve the efficacy of care and quality of life of patients.
