预激方案与标准化疗治疗老年急性髓系白血病的疗效探讨

目的：探讨分析预激方案与标准化疗治疗老年急性髓系白血病的疗效。方法方便选取2014年6月—2015年12月期间到该院院治疗的老年急性髓系白血病患者62例，随机分为预激方案组（32例）和标准化疗组（30例），预激方案组给予CAG方案治疗，标准化疗组给予DA方案治疗，比较治疗后两组患者临床治疗有效率及不良反应。结果预激方案组治疗有效率为75.00%，标准化疗组为46.67%，标准化疗组患者不良反应发生率比预激方案组高，两组有效率及不良反应差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预激方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病有效率高，且不良反应发生率低，较安全，值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of the Efficacy of Priming Regimen and Standard Chemotherapy for Treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukemia in Elderly Patients

Objective Analysis of the efficacy of Priming regimen and Standard chemotherapy for treatment of acute myeloid leukemia in elderly patients. Methods Convenient selection sixty-two elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia from June 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into priming regimen group (n = 32)and standard chemotherapy group(n=30). Clinical efficiency and side effects were collected and analyzed. Results Priming regimen group effective rate was 75.00% ,in the standard chemotherapy group was 46.67%,The clinical efficiency of the priming regimen group was bet-ter than the standard chemotherapy group. The side effects of the priming regimen group was lower than that of the standard chemotherapy group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The priming regimen therapy for a-cute myeloid leukemia in elderly patients is safe and effective, it is worth the clinical promotion and application.
