综合护理干预在小儿支气管哮喘规范治疗中的效果及影响

目的：研究综合护理干预在小儿支气管哮喘规范治疗中的效果及影响。方法方便选取2013年8月—2015年2月在该院治疗的小儿支气管哮喘患儿112例。随机将其分2组,研究组和对照组各56例。对照组患儿给予支气管哮喘常规护理,研究组患儿在基础护理的基础上给予综合护理干预,对比两组患儿治疗的总有效率及发作次数、急诊次数、住院次数。结果研究组患儿的总有效率为89.2%,显著高于对照组71.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.61,P﹤0.05)。研究组出院后1年内的发作次数为(1.63±1.27)次,明显低于对照组(2.74±1.36)次,急诊次数为(0.44±0.15)次,明显低于对照组(0.62±0.24)次,住院次数为(2.16±0.79)次,明显低于对照组(3.49±1.53)次,其差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论采用综合护理干预对小儿支气管哮喘临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。

The Effect and Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Children Bronchial Asthma

Objective To study the effect and influence of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of children bronchial asthma. Methods Convenient selection 112 cases of children with bronchial asthma in our hospital from August 2013 to February 2015 were selected.were randomly divided into two groups,study group and control group with 56 cases in each.Children in the control group were given conventional nursing care of bronchial asthma and patients of the study group on the basis of basic nursing given comprehensive nursing intervention,compared two groups of children with the treatment of total efficiency and the number of attacks,emergency department visits, hospitalizations. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 89.2%, significantly higher than that of the control group (71.4%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.61,P<0.05).In the study group, the number of attacks was(1.63±1.27) times within 1 years after discharge, was significantly lower than the control group of(2.74±1.36)times, emergency department visits to (0.44±0.15) times,signifi-cantly lower the control group (0.62±0.24) times, discharge in hospital number of times is (2.16±0.79) times,was significantly lower than the control group of (3.49±1.53) times,the difference all has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on bronchial asthma in children is significant,it is worth to be popular-ized in clinical application.
