临床内科的工作中应用C反应蛋白检测仪的价值分析

目的：探讨临床内科的工作中应用C反应蛋白检测仪的价值。方法该文利用回顾性分析的方法整群选取了2014年2月—2015年6月就诊该院呼吸内科、儿科与神经内科等临床内科的脑卒中和肺炎患者共88例，包括35例呼吸内科肺炎患者、29例儿科肺炎患者和24例脑梗死患者，88例脑卒中和肺炎患者血液中的C反应蛋白均分别给予C反应蛋白的检测仪与免疫酶联法进行检测，并对结果进行记录和比较。结果呼吸内科、儿科和神经内科患者C反应蛋白检测仪测定的阳性率94.28%、93.10%和79.17%，免疫酶联反应法测定的阳性率88.57%、96.55%和87.50%，两种方法的检测效果比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论利用C反应蛋白的检测仪可以对临床内科患者的 C反应蛋白进行有效的检测，具有临床上应用的价值。

Analysis of Clinical Internal Work with C Reactive Protein Detector

Conclusion The use of C-reactive protein detector can be of clinical medicine in patients with C-reactive protein for effective detection, valuable clinical applications.
