腹腔镜直肠癌根治术比照常规开腹直肠癌根治术对术后生活质量影响探析

目的：探析腹腔镜直肠癌根治术比照常规开腹直肠癌根治术的临床优势及其对术后生活质量影响。方法整群选取该院2014年5月—2016年1月确诊并收治的168例直肠癌患者，依照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组84例。研究组实施腹腔镜直肠癌根治术，对照组实施常规开腹手术。对比两组手术基本情况、术后并发症、生活质量评分。结果研究组其手术时间显著长于对照组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)，术中出血量、术后排气时间及住院时间显著优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。淋巴结清扫数目差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)，研究组并发症发生率为5.95%，显著低于对照组23.81%(P﹤0.05)。两组术后SF-36评分均显著上升，研究组术后SF-36评分显著优于对照组(P﹤0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜直肠癌根治术创伤更小，促进术后恢复，提升生活质量。

Effect of Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Rectal Cancer on Quality of Life in Patients with Rectal Cancer after Radical Resection

Objective To study the clinical advantages of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer and its influence on the quality of life after operation. Methods Group selection 168 cases of rectal cancer were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method in our hospital from May 2014 to January 2016. The research group was given laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer, and the control group was given routine open surgery. The basic situation, postoperative complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the study group was significantly longer than that of the control group the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the amount of bleeding, postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time were significantly better than that of the control group the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Number of lymph node without significant difference (P>0.05). Complications occurred rate of 5.95%, significantly lower than that of the control group was 23.81%(P<0.05). The postoperative SF-36 scores of the two groups all increased significantly, and the SF-36 score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05)the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Laparo-scopic radical resection of rectal cancer is less traumatic and promotes postoperative recovery and improves the quality of life.
