老年患者结肠癌手术治疗中完整结肠系膜切除术的安全性及可行性

目的：探析完整结肠系膜切除术治疗老年结肠癌的效果。方法方便选取2010年1月—2015年6月收治的158例老年结直肠手术患者，将其分为对照组和治疗组，各79例，对照组给予传统根治术，治疗组给予完整结肠系膜切除术，比较两组安全性及可行性。结果治疗组术后出血量、淋巴结清除数较对照组比较差异有统计学意义P﹤0.05；治疗组并发症发生率6.33%、复发率3.80%较对照组比较差异有统计学意义,P﹤0.05。结论完整结肠系膜切除术治疗老年结肠癌的效果显著，值得应用。
