舱前协同护理对高压氧综合治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的影响分析

目的：分析舱前协同护理模式对高压氧综合治疗新生儿患有缺血及缺氧性脑病的效果。方法整群选择该院及深圳市儿童医院2013年1月—2015年12月间收治的132例缺血及缺氧性脑病(HIE)的新生病儿实行研究，把他们分成对照组及研究组，每组66例。两组均需要选择高压氧实行综合医治，对照组选择护理的常规方式，研究组选择舱前协同的护理。比较两组医治的效果及病儿家长满意的程度。结果研究组不仅MDI(99.31±11.60)分、NBNA(38.51±4.25)分、PDI(102.33±11.84)分的评分比对照组高，且总体有效率及病儿家属满意的程度均比对照组好，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择舱前协同的护理方式能将高压氧综合医治缺血及缺氧性脑病患儿的医治效果与预后有效提升，利于患儿后期成长的生长发育，提升患儿家属对于医护工作人员的满意度，在临床中值得推广。

Effect Analysis of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined Treatment on Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy of Newborn

Objective To analyze the capsule collaborative nursing model with ischemic and anoxic encephalopathy with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in neonatal effect. Methods Group selection our hospital and Shenzhen city children's Hospital between January 2013 to December 2015 from 132 cases of ischemia and hypoxia encephalopathy (HIE) of newborn children to carry out research and divided them into the control group and the study group (n= 66). The two groups need to choose hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive treatment, the control group conventional nursing, the research group selected the nursing cooperation in cabin. Comparison of two groups of treatment effect and the satisfaction of the parents of children. Results The study group not only MDI of (99.31±11.60) scores, NBNA of (38.51±4.25) scoresand PDI of (102.33±11.84) scores were higher than that in the control group,and the overall efficiency and children family satisfaction degree were better than those of the control group, the statistical differences was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The class of collaborative care the hyperbaric oxygen combined treatment of ischemic and hypoxic encephalopathy treatment effect and prognosis of effectively improve, conducive to the growth of children with late growth development, enhance the families of children for the satisfaction of medical personnel, in clinical practice is worthy to be popularized.
