吹气球呼吸功能训练对肺癌患者术后康复的影响

目的：探究吹气球呼吸功能训练对肺癌患者术后康复的影响。方法整群选取2014年5月—2015年5月在该院接受治疗的68例肺癌患者组作为该次研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各34例，对照组进行常规护理，观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上于术后6h实施吹气球训练。结果观察组较对照组术后胸管置留时间、住院天数、术后开始步行天数短，观察组患者肺部并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论吹气球呼吸功能训练能有效减少术后肺部并发症的发生，促进肺癌患者术后康复，具有临床推广价值。

Effect of Balloon Breathing Training on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Pa-tients with Lung Cancer

Objective To explore the blowing balloons respiratory function training on lung cancer patients with postopera-tive rehabilitation effect. Methods Group selection a total of May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital to accept treatment of 68 cases of lung cancer patients as the research object, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the con-trol group (34 cases) and the control group of routine nursing, the observation group in the control group received routine nursing based on six hours to blow the balloon training. Results In the observation group than in the control group, postop-erative chest tube indwelling time, hospital stay, postoperative started walking short days, observation group patients with pulmonary complications incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Blowing Ball respiratory function training can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications and promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer, which has the value of clinical application.
