鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉疗效及影响因素研究

目的：探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉疗效及影响因素。方法方便选取该院将2014年3月一2015年1月收治的60例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者作为研究对象，进行随机分组为观察组与对照组，每组患者30例，对照组给予患者激光、微波及药物等传统的治疗，观察组给予患者鼻内镜手术治疗，并观察2组患者的临床疗效及临床症状VAS评分。结果观察组鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者的临床疗效(总有效概率）为93.33％及鼻塞、流涕、嗅觉障碍及面部疼痛等各项VAS评分分别为(0.82±0.18）分、(0.65±0.36）分、(0.56±0.41）分及(0.55±0.36）分，均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义， P＜0.05。结论给予鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者鼻内镜手术治疗，可明显改善患者各项临床症状，具有显著的临床疗效，值得在临床上推广实施。

Sinusitis,Nasal Polyps Efficacy and Influencing Factors of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective To study endoscopic sinusitis, nasal polyps and influencing factors of surgical treatment efficacy. Methods Convenient selection the hospital will be from March 2014 to January 2015 were treated 60 cases of sinusitis, nasal polyps in patients as research subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 patients in each group, the control group received laser patients, microwave and drugs and other traditional non-surgical treatment, ob-servation group patients than in endoscopic surgery, and the two groups were observed in the clinical efficacy and clinical VAS score. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps (total effec-tive probability) of 93.33%and a stuffy nose, runny nose, smell disorders and facial pain VAS score (0.82±0.18), respective-ly (0.65±0.36), (0.56±0.41) and (0.55±0.36) points, were superior to control group, P< 0.05 the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Given sinusitis, nasal polyps endoscopic sinus surgery can significantly improve the clinical symp-toms, with significant clinical efficacy, worthy of clinical promotion implemented.
