膝关节前外侧+后内侧联合入路治疗胫骨平台三柱骨折疗效探讨

目的：分析并探究膝关节前外侧+后内侧联合入路治疗胫骨平台三柱骨折疗效。方法随机选取2013年3月一2015年4月间该院接诊的88例胫骨平台三柱骨折患者为此次研究对象，依据数字表法将88例患者为分为2组，对照组采取膝关节前外侧+前内侧入路治疗。观察组则采取膝关节前外侧+后内侧联合入路治疗，各纳入病患44例。观察两组患者术后膝关节评分、骨折复位情况。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术，观察组术后12个月膝关节评分平均为(91.4±4.8）分，骨折复位良好率为93.2%，与对照组相比均差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05）。结论膝关节前外侧+后内侧联合入路治疗胫骨平台三柱骨折可取得较为理想的临床疗效，促进患者术后膝关节功能恢复，促使患者尽快恢复正常生活，故值得推广。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Three Column Fracture of Tibial Plateau by Anterior Lateral and Medial Posterior Approach

Objective To analyze and explore the therapeutic effect of combined anterior and medial knee joint approach in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture in three columns. Methods Randomly selected in March 2013 to April 2015 between hospital admissions of 88 patients with tibial plateau fracture patients as the research object, which is based on the digital table method 88 cases patients were divided into two groups, the treatment of knee posteromedial approach was used in control group. The observation group was treated with anterior lateral and medial posterior approach combined with 44 cases of the patients. Observe the two groups of patients with postoperative knee score, fracture reduction. Results Two groups of patients were successfully completed surgery, observation group after 12 months knee score averaged (91.4±4.8)points, good fracture reduction rate was 93.2%, and has obvious advantages of opposite sex (P < 0.05) than that of the control group. Conclusion Knee joint anterior lateral and posterior medial joint approach in the treatment of tibial platform three column fractures can obtain ideal curative effect, promote the recovery of knee joint function in patients after operation, and en-courage patients to resume normal life as soon as possible, so it is worthy to be popularized.
