研究综合护理对于重度妊娠高血压综合征患者护理满意度的影响

目的：分析重度妊娠高血压综合征患者中推广综合护理方案的临床有效性。方法整群选择该院2014年1月—2016年2月接收并接受对症治疗的85例重度妊娠高血压综合征患者，随机分为2组。对照组有42例患者，组内实施一般护理；分析组有43例患者，在一般护理基础上加以综合护理，观察2组满意度。结果评定结果发现对照组血压水平比分析组高，且对照组护理满意度69.05%，分析组90.70%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论将综合护理方案推广及落实至重度妊娠高血压综合征患者中，是提升其预后水平以及护理满意度的关键手段。

Results Comprehensive Nursing for Patients with Severe Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome Nursing Satisfaction

Objective Analysis of severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome in patients with clinical effectiveness of promoting comprehensive care plan. Methods Group selection from January 2014 to Febnuary 2016, receive and accept the symptomatic treatment of the patients, 85 cases of severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group, 42 cases with group of implementation of general nursing; Analysis group, 43 patients, on the basis of general care implement comprehensive nursing plan, observe two groups selected objects, prognosis, and carry on objective than on their satisfaction. Results For the selected object prognosis evaluation, the results showed that the con-trol diastolic and systolic blood pressure higher than analysis group, and the control group 69.05%, nursing satisfaction analysis group 90.70% (PP< 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing project will promote and implement to severe preg-nancy-induced hypertension syndrome patients, is the key to enhance the level of its prognosis and nursing satisfaction.
