成份输血在儿童白血病和再障治疗中的应用

目的：探讨成份输血在儿童白血病和再生障碍性贫血治疗中的应用效果。方法方便选取并回顾性分析2010年6月—2015年6月在该院接受成份输血治疗的白血病、再生障碍性贫血儿童分别为28例、24例，对比成份输血治疗前后患儿的临床表现、检验指标等。结果治疗后患儿贫血得以纠正，精神状态好转；出血、气促、虚弱无力、面色苍白、感染等症状均明显改善；患儿食欲也增加，病情趋于稳定；患儿血红蛋白、白细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板计数分别治疗前的(45.62±11.5)g/L、（10.53±0.26)×109/L、（0.22±0.19)×109/L、（13.6±6.3)×109/L升高到治疗后的（76.2±10.3)g/L、（2.61±0.53)×109/L、（0.75±0.24)×109/L、（75.4±9.6)×109/L，P﹤0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论成份血具有较高的浓度和纯度，可有效提高儿童白血病和再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效，降低风险。

Application of Component Transfusion in the Treatment of Childhood Leukemia and Aplastic Anemia

Objective To study the composition blood transfusion in the treatment of childhood leukemia and aplastic ane-mia application effect. Methods Convenient selection retrospective analysis in June 2010 - June 2015 in our hospital com-ponent blood transfusion treatment of leukemia and aplastic anemia children 28 cases, 24 cases respectively, contrast com-position blood transfusion before and after treatment the patient's clinical manifestations, inspection index, etc. Results Af-ter treatment in children with anemia, corrected and improved mental state; Bleeding, shortness of breath, weakness, pale face, such as infection symptoms were significantly improved; Children with appetite also increase, the illness tends to be stable;Children with hemoglobin, white blood cells, neutrophils, platelet count (45.62±11.5)g/L before treatment respective-ly, (10.53±0.26)×109/L, (0.22±0.19)×109/L, (13.6±6.3)×109/L increased after the treatment (76.2 ± 10.3)g/L, (2.61±0.53)×109/L, (0.75±0.24)×109/L, (75.4±9.6)×109/L, P﹤ 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The ingredients of blood has high concentration and purity, which can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of childhood leukemia and aplastic anemia, reduce risk.
