不同术式联合治疗青光眼合并白内障的近期疗效对比分析

目的：研究单﹑双切口两种不同术式联合治疗青光眼合并白内障的近期疗效。方法方便选择2011年3月—2014年2月该院接诊的80例(80眼)青光眼合并白内障的患者进行研究。按照随机数表法均分为两组。观察组采用双切口超声乳化白内障摘除﹑人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术对患者进行手术治疗，对照组采用单切口术式对患者进行手术。术后，观察两组患者的疗效。结果术后，观察组患者的视力明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的眼压均出现明显降低(P<0.05)；对照组患者的散光情况明显加重(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率(5.0%)明显低于对照组(20.0%)(P<0.05)，差异均有统计学意义。结论双切口术式联合治疗治疗青光眼合并白内障，近期疗效显著，值得广为推广。

The Short-term Effects of Combination of Different Operative Methods Treatment for Glaucoma with Cataract

Objective To study the short-term effects of combination of single, double incision two different surgical treat-ment for glaucoma with cataract. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases (80) glaucoma with cataract patients from March 2011 to February 2014 in our hospital were researched. According to a random number table, they were divided into two groups. Observation group was used dual incision phacoemulsification,intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy surgery for patients,but the control group was used a single incision surgical patients for surgery. After operation,the clinical effect were observed. Results After surgery, the visual acuity of the observation group was better than the control group , the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The intraocular pressure of the two groups were significant lower(P<0.05);while the astigmatism of the control group was significantly increased(P<0.05). The incidence of complications (5.0%) of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (20.0%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The recent curative effect of double incision surgery combined treatment of glaucoma with cataract is significant, worthy of wide promotion.
