预见性护理对经尿道前列腺电切术后患者并发症的影响

目的：探讨预见性护理对经尿道前列腺电切术后患者并发症的影响。方法整群选取2014年5月一2015年9月接受经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的前列腺增生患者82例为研究对象，经随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组41例，对照组行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上行预见性护理，观察两组患者术后并发症发率及患者护理满意率。结果观察组与对照组患者术后并发症发生率分别为12.20%、29.27%，观察组明显较低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05）；观察组与对照组患者护理满意率分别为90.24%、73.17%，观察组显著较高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05）。结论预见性护理能有效降低经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症发生率，提高患者满意度，值得推广。

Influence of Predictive Nursing Care on Complications of Patients after Transurethral Resection of Prostate

Objective To explore the influence of predictive nursing care on the complications of patients after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods Group selection 82 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia receiving transurethral resection of prostate from May 2014 to September 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group, 41 cases included in each group, by random number table.The control group received routine nursing care, while the obser-vation group received predictive nursing care on the basis of routine nursing care. The incidence rate of postoperative com-plications and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were observed. Results The incidence rate of postoperative compli-cations in the observation group and the control group were 12.20% and 29.27% respectively. Rate in the observation group was significantly lower, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group and the control group were 90.24% and 73.1%respectively. Rate in the observation group was significantly higher, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications after transurethral resection of the prostate, improve patient satisfaction, it is worth promoting.
