腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗卵巢内异囊肿的临床研究

目的：探讨腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗卵巢内异囊肿的临床效果。方法随机选择自2014年1-12月期间，该院收治的60例卵巢内异囊肿的患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法将患者分2组，观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。两组患者均接受常规腹腔镜手术治疗，观察组患者在术后加用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗。患者的B超和临床症状作为疗效观察指标。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为86.67%，对照组患者治疗有效率为63.33%，两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血清相关性激素水平改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后随访一年，观察组出现1例复发；对照组出现3例复发，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不孕要求生育者15例，其中5例受孕；对照组不孕要求生育者16例，其中1例受孕，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗卵巢内异囊肿的临床效果好，复发率低，受孕率高，值得推广应用。

Clinical Study of Laparoscopic Surgery Combined with Gonadotropin Re-leasing Hormone Agonist in the Treatment of Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with gonadotropin releasing hor-mone agonist in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst. Methods Random selection from January 2014 to December 2014, 60 cases of ovarian endometriosis cyst in our hospital patients as the research object. Using a random number table method were divided into 2 groups, observation group (n =30) and the control group (n = 30). Two groups were treated with conventional laparoscopic surgery, patients in the observation group were added with gonadotropin-releasing hormone ago-nist treatment. Clinical symptoms and type-B ultrasonic were therapeutic effect index. Results The effective rate of the ob-servation group was 86.67%, control group patients effective rate was 63.33%, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The correlation between the serum hormone level in the observation group improved significantly bet-ter than the control group (P< 0.05). One year follow-up, 1 cases of recurrence in observation group; the control group had 3 cases of recurrence, there were significant differences between the groups (P< 0.05). Observation group infertility fertility requirements in 15 cases, including 5 cases of pregnancy;control group infertility fertility requirements in 16 cases, which 1 cases of pregnancy, between groups exist significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with promoting gonadal hormone releasing hormone excited agent in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst of good clinical effect, low recurrence rate, pregnancy rate is high, it is worth popularization and application.
