支气管哮喘和慢阻肺诊断中呼出气一氧化氮检测的应用意义探析

摘    要:目的:探析支气管哮喘和慢阻肺诊断中呼出一氧化氮检测的应用意义。方法随机选取在该院接受治疗的支气管哮喘患者及慢阻肺患者各40例,患者的治疗时间均在2013年3月—2015年2月期间,并选取在同一时间段来该院进行体检的正常人40例,分别对支气管哮喘患者、慢阻肺患者及正常人呼出气中的一氧化氮进行检测,进行比较。结果支气管哮喘患者的一氧化氮值为(64.6±49.3)ppb,明显高于慢阻肺患者的一氧化氮值(25.4±13.7)ppb及正常人一氧化氮值(17.6±7.2)ppb,支气管哮喘患者、慢阻肺患者及正常人的一氧化氮值均有明显的差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者及慢阻肺患者的一氧化氮值明显高于正常人水平,且支气管哮喘患者的一氧化氮值显著更高,支气管哮喘和慢阻肺诊断中呼出气一氧化氮检测具有很大的应用价值。

Bronchial Asthma and Copd Diagnosis Significance of the Application of Breath Nitric Oxide Detection in Analysis
Abstract:Objective To explore the bronchial asthma and copd diagnosis of exhaled nitric oxide detection application sig-nificance.Methods Random selected in our hospital for treatment of bronchial asthma patients and 40 cases of patients with copd. The treatment of patients with time in March 2013 to February 2015, and at the same time to the hospital to undergo a medical 40 cases of normal, respectively, in patients with bronchial asthma patients with copd and nitric oxide were de-tected in normal breath and comparison. Results Nitric oxide value of bronchial asthma patients PPB (64.6 ±49.3), signifi-cantly higher than that of patients with copd nitric oxide value (25.4± 13.7) PPB nitric oxide and the normal value (17.6 ± 7.2 PPB, bronchial asthma and copd patients and normal nitric oxide value all have obvious differences, there is statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion Patients with bronchial asthma and copd patients' values are significantly higher than normal levels of nitric oxide, and nitric oxide value was significantly higher in patients with bronchial asthma, bronchial asthma and copd diagnosis breath of nitric oxide in the detection of great application value.
