县级市医院卒中单元治疗脑卒中的临床探讨

目的：探讨县级市医院卒中单元对脑卒中的疗效。方法整群选取该院2013年1月—2015年6月收治的118例脑卒中患者，随机分为卒中单元治疗组61例、对照组57例，给予对照组患者脑卒中常规诊治，治疗组除在疾病急性期施行规范流程诊疗内容外，接受卒中单元治疗。结果经治疗后的3个月，治疗组显效率63.9%，高于对照组的43.8%(P<0.05)；治疗组病例的日抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估分值(47.63±2.26)分优越于对照组(55.64±5.75)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论县级市医院整合有限资源建立卒中单元治疗脑卒中是有效的，可推广的，可提高与改善患者的生活质量，同时也提高了患者及家属的满意度。
