在CT引导下肝癌患者射频消融治疗的临床疗效评价

目的：探讨在CT引导下肝癌患者经射频消融术（RFA)治疗后的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年5月—2015年5月该院收治的58例肝癌患者射频消融治疗的临床资料，总结分析患者临床疗效及其预后情况。结果58例患者在术前、术中、术后的脉博、血压、血氧饱和度，均变化不明显（P>0.05)。术后CEA、AFP检测平均值均显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05)。结论与传统治疗相比CT引导下射频消融治疗肝癌具有疗效高、创伤小、痛若小、恢复快、风险低、适应症广等优点，值得在临床推广应用。

Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Radiofrequency Ablation for Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma Guided by CT

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of CT guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in patients with hepa-tocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical effect and prognosis of the patients were analyzed. Results 58 patients in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative pulse, blood pressure and oxygen saturation had no significant changes (P>0.05). Postoperative CEA, AFP average values were significantly lower than that before treatment, the difference is statistically significant (P﹤0.05) .Conclusion Compared with the traditional treatment of CT guided radiofre-quency ablation for the treatment of liver cancer with high curative effect, small trauma, if the pain is small, recovery fast, low risk, to adapt to the advantages of wide disease, it is worth in clinical application.
