60例踝关节骨折脱位患者临床手术治疗体会

目的：探讨手术治疗踝关节骨折脱位的临床疗效。方法方便选取并回顾性分析该院2014年12月—2015年12月收治的60例踝关节骨折脱位手术治疗患者的临床疗效包括骨折愈合时间和OMAS评分等。结果60例患者的骨折愈合时间平均为14周(11~16周),未出现骨不连、感染或移位。所有患者均恢复行走能力。根据OMAS评分,60例踝关节骨折脱位术后患者中,优30例,良26例,可3例,差1例,优良率93.3%。结论手术治疗踝关节骨折脱位,踝关节功能恢复较好,明显减少患者痛苦。

Clinical Study on Dislocation of Ankle Joint Treated with Operation

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of operative treatment for ankle fracture dislocation. Methods Convenient selection and etrospectively analysis the clinical effect of 30 ankle fractures patients treated with operation in our hospital form December 2014—December 2015. Results All of the patients were healed for an average of 14 weeks (11-16 weeks) and showed no bone nonunion、infection and displacement. All patients were recovery to walk. According to OMAS score, 60 cases of patients with fracture and dislocation of ankle joint, excellent in 30 cases, good in 26 cases, fair in 3 cases and poor in 1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 86.6%.the rate of good score was 93.3%. Conclusion Surgical treatment for ankle fracture dislocation could significantly reduce the patients’ pain and have a good recovery of ankle func-tion.
