摘    要:目的:探讨64层螺旋CT在头颈血管疾病中成像的临床价值。方法方便选取该院2011年1月—2016年1月收治的130例头颈部血管疾病患者采取CTA检查,对患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果颈内动脉狭窄患者27例,颈总动脉狭窄患者16例,颈内动脉瘤患者13例,椎动脉狭窄21例,脑肿瘤9例,动静脉血管畸形患者16例,颅内大血管闭塞患者15例,起源异常患者13例。结论采取64层CT对头颈血管病变进行诊断确切性高,可作为依据为患者制定治疗方案,可作为临床头颈部血管疾病的筛选方案,进一步推广使用。

The Application Analysis of 64-slice Spiral CT Subtraction Angiography in Cerebrovascular Disease
Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical application value of 64-slice spiral CT subtraction angiography(64-SCTSA) in head and neck vascular disorders. Methods Convenient selection 130 patients with head and neck vascular disorders were examined by CTA from January 2011 to January 2016 and the clinical data of these patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 130 patients, the internal carotid artery (ICA) stenosis in 27 cases, common carotid artery (CCA) stenosis in 16 cases, internal carotid aneurysms in 13 cases, vertebral artery stenosis in 21 cases, brain tumors in 9 cases, arteriove-nous malformation(AVM) in 16 cases, the large intracranial vessel occlusion in 15 cases and inborn variation of vessel in 13 cases were identified. Conclusion 64-SCTSA has higher accuracy in diagnosing head and neck diseases, which can provide the evidence for making treatment plans and as a screening program in clinical head and neck vascular diseases, should be further popularized and applied.
