抗高血压药物的临床合理应用及安全性分析

目的：探讨抗高血压药物临床应用的合理性和安全性。方法整群选取2014年11月—2015年12月期间在该院诊治过高血压的128例患者作为研究对象,依据患者的用药意愿将其分为两组,其中58例患者采用单药治疗措施,设为A组;其中70例患者采用联合用药措施,设为B组。结果该次研究中128例患者使用单药治疗58例,控制率85.6%。联合用药70例,控制率94.2%,联合用药的控制率显著高于单药治疗,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(X2=23.608,P<0.05)。结论合理应用降压药物,掌握各类药物的临床适应证和用药原则,降低高血压患者发生不良反应的概率。

Clinical Rational Application and Safety Analysis of Anti Hypertensive Drugs

Objective To discuss the rationality and safety of the clinical application of anti hypertension drugs. Methods Group selection as the research object, according to the actual situation of patients with various types of antihypertensive drugs in pharmacological from November 2014 to December 2015 period in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure of 128 patients selection, In accordance with the wishes of the patient's medication to be divided into two groups, 58 patients were treated with monotherapy measures to group A; 70 patients were treated with combination therapy measures to group B. Results In this study, 128 patients were treated with single drug therapy in 58 cases, the control rate of 85.6%. combined with 70 cases, the control rate of 94.2%, control rate of combination therapy was significantly higher than monotherapy, the difference between groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 23.608,P <0.05). Conclusion Rational use of antihypertensive drugs, clinical indications and medication grasp the principles of various types of drugs, reduce the probability of occurrence of adverse reactions in patients with hypertension.
