全身麻醉剖宫产术的护理对策分析

目的：为指导临床护理工作，对180例全麻剖宫产术的产妇的护理经验进行总结。方法方便选取2013年7月—2015年12月在该院行全麻剖宫产术的180例产妇，统计并分析剖宫产全麻的原因、手术及麻醉期的风险因素，对护理经验与护理措施进行总结。结果全部产妇都安全分娩，没有发生麻醉意外。新生儿窒息发生47（25.7%)例。结论要严密监控并防范术中出现的风险，充分做好各项应急准备，包括预先配置护理人员，充分保障患者安全，使手术能够顺利进行。

Measures of General Anesthesia for Caesarean Section Care

Objective To guide the clinical nursing, nursing experience in 180 cases of anesthesia for caesarean section maternal summarized.
