摘    要:目的:分析在对膝关节损伤患者进行临床诊断过程中,使用核磁共振的方法的应用价值。方法方便收集该院在2015年1月—2016年1月间收治的膝关节损伤患者40例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为观察组以及对照组,每组均为20例。对照组实施常规诊断,观察组使用核磁共振的诊断,分析在诊断后两组患者的检出率和诊断准确率。结果观察组患者在检出率以及诊断的准确率上均明显的高于对照组患者。在该次研究中的症状类型为关节腔积液、半月板损伤、骨质改变、韧带损伤,观察组检出率分别为40%、30%、25%、5%、100%,对照组患者检出率为40%、25%、20%、5%、90%,经统计学分析后显示,所有差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。同时使用核磁共振检查的结果更加的清晰准确,能够对患者的病灶进行更好的观察。结论对膝关节损伤患者进行临床诊断时使用核磁共振的方法可以取得更加准确的诊断效果,有着很高的临床应用价值。

Analysis of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Diagnostic Evaluation of the Clinical Application Value of Knee Joint Injuries
Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of magnetic resonance imaging in the clinical diagnosis of patients with knee joint injury. Methods Convenient selection 40 cases of knee injury were collected from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine diagnosis, and the observation group was diagnosed by MRI, and the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of the two groups were analyzed. Results The detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Symptom types in this study for joint effusion, meniscus injury, bone change, ligament injury, the observation group detection rate was 40%, 30%, 25%, 5%, 100%, con-trol group were detected rate of 40%, 25%, 20%, 5%, 90%. The statistical analysis shows that, all differences were signifi-cant difference, P< 0.05, statistical significance. At the same time, the results of the use of nuclear magnetic resonance ex-amination is more clear and accurate, and can make a better observation of the patient's lesions. Conclusion The use of nuclear magnetic resonance method in clinical diagnosis of knee injury patients can obtain more accurate diagnostic results, has a high clinical value.
