乌司他丁对直肠癌患者术中凝血功能的影响

目的：探讨乌司他丁对直肠癌患者术中凝血功能的影响。方法该研究方便选取2015年1—12月在该院拟行直肠癌根治术治疗的54例患者,按照数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各27例,其中研究组给予乌司他丁,对照组给予生理盐水,比较两组直肠癌患者血小板活化功能、凝血指标及血小板功能的变化情况。结果研究组用药后1 h(T1)和用药后2 h(T2)两个时间点的PT(14.25±1.51)s,(13.95±0.75)s与对照组比较亦明显延长(t=3.66、3.10、3.42、2.93,P<0.05)。研究组用药后1 h(T1)的APTT(39.04±3.79)s与对照组比较亦明显延长(t=2.88、3.17,P<0.05)。研究组在用药后2 h(T2)TT(19.10±0.51)s与对照组比较亦明显延长(t=3.52、3.21,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论乌司他丁能降低直肠癌手术患者的术中高凝状态,有助于预防术后深静脉血栓形成。

Effect of Ulinastatin on Coagulation Function in Patients with Rectal Cancer

Objective To investigate the effects of ulinastatin on coagulation function in patients with rectal cancer. Meth-ods Convenient selection 54 cases of patients intend to rectal cancer underwent radical surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the digital table method, 27 cases in each group. The study group was given Ulinastatin, and the control group was given normal saline. Platelet activa-tion function, coagulation and platelet function changes were compared between the two groups. Results PT of the study group 1 h (T1) and 2 h (T2) after treatment(14.25±1.51)s, (13.95±0.75)s were significantly longer than the control group (t=3.66, 3.10, 3.42, 2.93, P<0.05). APTT of the study group 1 h(T1) (39.04±3.79)s after treatment was significantly longer than the control group(t=2.88, 3.17, P<0.05). TT of the study group 2 h (T2) after treatment (19.10±0.51)s was significantly longer than the control group(t=3.52, 3.21, P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Ulinastatin could reduce the operation of rectal cancer surgery patients in hypercoagulable state and contribute to the prevention of postoperative deep vein thrombosis formation.
