腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的护理措施探讨

目的：探讨腹部手术后发生早期炎性肠梗阻的护理措施及效果。方法方便选取该院于2013年3月—2016年3月收治的120例进行腹部手术治疗后出现炎性肠梗阻的患者,按照随机分配、双盲原则分为两组,各60例。实验组实施综合护理干预,对照组采取常规的腹部手术后护理。对比两组护理治疗总有效率,手术治疗和肠道功能恢复总时间。结果实验组的护理治疗总有效率为100.00%,对照组的护理治疗总有效率为77.65%,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组的手术治疗总时间及肠道功能恢复至正常的总时间为[(11.59±2.17)d,(8.05±2.08)d],对照组为[(15.21±3.06)d,12.11±2.58)d],实验组显著短于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹部手术后发生早期炎性肠梗阻的患者实施综合护理干预,临床效果显著提高,对患者身体健康的恢复起到了促进的作用。

Nursing Measures for Early Postoperative Inflammatory Small Bowel Ob-struction after Abdominal Operation

Objective To investigate the nursing measures and effect of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel ob-struction after abdominal operation. Methods Convenient selection 120 cases of patients with inflammatory bowel obstruc-tion after abdominal operation in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were divided into two groups according to the random assignment and the double blind principle, each of the 60 cases. The experimental group was given comprehen-sive nursing intervention, and the control group was treated with routine abdominal operation. Compare the total effective rate of the two groups of nursing treatment, the total time of operation and recovery of intestinal function. Results Nursing treatment in the experimental group, the total effective rate was 100.00%, the control group of nursing in the treatment of the total efficiency of 77.65 percent. The experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); experimental group of surgical treatment of total time and intestinal function recovered to normal total time [(11.59± 2.17)day, (8.05±2.08) day], control group [(15.21 ± 3.06)day, (12.11 ± 2.58) day], the experimental group significantly short-er in the control group, and the difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of compre-hensive nursing intervention on patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal opera-tion is significantly improved, and the recovery of the patients' physical health has been promoted.
