中医辨证敷脐治疗肠梗阻的疗效分析

目的：探究中医辩证敷脐治疗肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法方便选取2013年1月—2016年1月该院收治的104例肠梗阻患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组52例。对照组予基础治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中医辨证敷脐治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、腹痛腹胀缓解时间、肛门排气时间、腹部压痛消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及中转手术率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(90.3%vs 73.0%,P<0.05)；观察组腹痛腹胀缓解时间(4.2±0.6)d vs (6.2±0.9)d, P<0.05]、肛门排气时间(4.3±0.8)d vs (7.0±1.6)d,P<0.05]、腹部压痛消失时间(3.1±0.5)d vs (5.7±1.4)d,P<0.05]、肠鸣音恢复时间(4.9±1.1)d vs (6.2±1.4)d,P<0.05]均短于对照组；观察组中转手术率低于对照组(13.3% vs 32.7%,P<0.05)。结论中医辨证敷脐治疗肠梗阻可以提高治疗效果,降低中转手术率。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Umbilical Compress therapy of In-testinal Obstruction

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Umbilical Compress therapy of intestinal obstruction. Methods Convenient selection 104 cases of intestinal obstruction Collected in our hospital in January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly assigned to observation group and control group, 52 cases in each group. Re-sults In observation group,the clinical total effective rate was higher than that of the control group (90.3%vs 73.0%,P<0.05);observation group of patients with abdominal pain relief time (4.2 ±0.6)d vs (6.2 ±0.9)d,P<0.05],anal exhaust time (4.3 ± 0.8)d vs (7.0±1.6)d,P<0.05], abdominal tenderness disappeared(3.1±0.5)d vs (5.7±1.4)d,P<0.05],bowel sounds return to normal time(4.9±1.1)d vs (6.2±1.4)d,P<0.05] were shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05);in observation group, the operation rate was lower than that of the control group 13.3% vs 32.7%,P<0.05]. Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine Umbilical Compress therapy has effect on the treatment of intestinal obstruction and can reduce the operation rate.
