种植体支持牙龈诱导在上颌前牙种植美学修复的应用效果分析

目的：探析种植体支持牙龈诱导在上颌前牙种植美学修复的应用效果。方法整群选取并回顾性分析2014年2月—2016年2月该院收治的85例上颌前牙种植患者的临床资料，按修复方案不同分为对照组(35例)和研究组(50例)，对照组行即刻佩戴临时冠塑形牙龈修复，研究组行种植体支持牙龈诱导成形修复，对比两组软组织红色美学评分(PES)﹑骨吸收评价(DBI)及龈乳头指数。结果研究组临时冠塑形后骨吸收评价(0.21±0.14)﹑红色美学评分(7.32±1.62)及永久修复后骨吸收评价(0.28±0.23)﹑红色美学评分(7.79±1.23)均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论种植体支持牙龈诱导成形在上颌前牙区种植美学修复的应用效果显著。

Methods Group selection A retrospective analysis in February 2015 - the clinical data of February 2016 our hospital 85 cases of patients with maxillary anterior teeth grow, according to the repair program divided into con-trol group (35 cases) and study group (50 cases), control group were immediate temporary crown to wear gum shaping repair, implant-supported research group underwent induction therapy to repair the gums, compared two groups of red and soft tis-sue aesthetics score (PES), the evaluation of bone resorption (DBI) and papilla index. Results After the temporary crown shaping Study Group evaluation of bone resorption (0.21 ± 0.14), red aesthetic score (7.32 ± 1.62), and after evaluation of the permanent repair of bone resorption (0.28 ± 0.23), red aesthetic score (7.79 ± 1.23) were significantly better than the control group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Implant-supported application results in induced gingival maxillary anterior dental implants aesthetic restorations significantly.
