中药薰药联合穴位敷贴治疗风湿寒性关节痛的临床效果研究

目的：研究穴位敷贴联合中药熏药对于风关痛的临床治疗效果。方法方便选择该院2014年5月—2016年2月收治的117例风关痛患者分析治疗效果，采用随机数表分组为联合组59例(采用穴位敷贴及熏药疗法)、熏药组58例(中药熏药疗法)。结果熏药组有效率为77.59%，联合组为91.53%，联合组风关痛患者的有效率明显高于熏药组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合穴位敷贴、中药熏药治疗风关痛的效果显著。

Herbal Medicine Combined with Acupoint Application on the Clinical Effect of Treatment of Rheumatic Joint Pain

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of wind pain. Methods Convenient selection to analyse the treatment effects, using a random number table grouping for combination group 59 cases (the acupoint paste and smoked drugs therapy), fumigation medicine group (58 cases) (traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy) in the hospital 2014.5 - 2016.2 were 117 wind shut pain patients. Results The effective rate was 77.59%, the combined group was 91.53%, and the effective rate was sig-nificantly higher in the combined group than in the fumigation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of combined acupuncture and Acupoint Application on the treatment of wind-related pain is significant.
