早发精神分裂症血清S100B蛋白浓度测定及其临床意义

目的：探讨血清S100B蛋白水平在早发精神分裂症患儿中的表达及意义。方法方便选择2015年5月—2016年1月间河南省精神病医院收治的90例早发精神分裂症患儿为观察组，同期72名健康儿童为对照组。采用Elisa法对两组儿童血清S100B水平进行检测。并采用威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)评估两组的认知功能指标(完成分数、错误应答数、完成第一个分类所需应答数、持续性错误数、持续性应答、非持续错误数)情况。结果观察组血清S100B水平为(0.163±0.040)μg/L显著性高于对照组的(0.129±0.033)μg/L(P<0.05)。观察组WCST各指标评分分别为(4.52±1.44)分、(44.37±12.46)分、(23.94±12.05)分、(8.86±3.14)分、(18.62±6.38)分、(35.17±14.33)分，均显著低于对照组的(5.49±1.27)分、(30.28±15.03)分、(16.07±9.17)分、(6.15±1.33)分、(12.65±5.34)分、(26.84±12.76)分(P<0.05)。血清S100B与WCST的非持续性错误、持续性应答、数错误应答数呈正相关性(r=0.403、0.368、0.364； P<0.05)。结论早发精神分裂症患儿血清S100B水平明显高于正常儿童，并与认知功能障碍呈正相关。

The Determination and Significance of Serum S100B Protein in Early-onset Schizophrenia

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum S100B protein in children with early-onset schizophrenia. Methods Convenient selection 90 cases of children with early-onset schizophrenia from May 2015 to January 2016 in Henan Province Psychiatric Hospital were selected into observation group and 72 cases of healthy children in the same period were selected into control group. The serum S100B levels of two groups were assessed by Elisa method. And cognitive function (Complete scores, error response number, complete the first classification number desired response, per-sistent errors, sustained response, non-sustained errors)of two groups were assessed by Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST). Results The serum S100B level of observation group was (0.163 ±0.040)μg/L, which was significantly higher than that of control group (0.129 ±0.033)μg/L (P<0.05). The WCST score of observation group were (4.52 ±1.44)point, (44.37 ±12.46)point, (23.94 ±12.05)point, (8.86 ±3.14)point, (18.62 ±6.38)point, (35.17 ±14.33)point,significantly worse than the control group (P<0.05)[(5.49±1.27)point、(30.28±15.03)point、(16.07±9.17)point、(6.15±1.33)point、(12.65±5.34)point、(26.84±12.76)point. The relationship of serum S100B and non-persistent error, sustained response, error response number in WCST score was posi-tively correlated(r=0.403、0.368、0.364;P<0.05). Conclusion The serum S100B level of early onset schizophrenia was sig-nificantly higher than normal children, and positively correlated with cognitive dysfunction.
