一次性与多次根管治疗急性牙髓炎疗效比较

目的：比较一次性与多次根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2012年9月―2014年9月收治的100例急性牙髓炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。观察组采用一次性根管治疗术，对照组采用多次根管治疗术，比较两组治疗后的疼痛程度及随访1年的远期疗效。结果治疗后，两组VAS疼痛评分均显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚，且观察组VAS疼痛评分为(2.64±0.45﹚分，与对照组(3.89±1.36﹚分比较显著较低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚；所有患者随访1年，观察组总有效率为92.00%，与对照组的94.00%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05﹚。结论一次性根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎可显著缓解患者疼痛，减轻反复治疗的痛苦，且于多次根管治疗术相比，远期疗效无显著差异，因此可优先选择一次性根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎。

Comparison between Once and Repeatedroot Canal Therapy in the Treat-ment of Acute Pulpitis

Objective To compare the clinical effect between once and repeated root canal therapy in the treatment of acute pulpitis. Methods Convenient selection a total of 100 patients with acute pulpitis treated in our hospital between September 2012 and September 2014 were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method, 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with once root canal therapy while the control group was treated with repeated root canal therapy. The postoperative pain degree and 1-year long-term curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the VAS pain scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treat-ment(P< 0.05). The VAS pain score of observation group (2.64±0.45) was significantly lower than that of the control group (3.89±1.36) (P<0.05);All patients were followed up for 1 year. There was no significant difference in total effective rate be-tween the observation group (92.00%) and the control group (94.00%) (P> 0.05). Conclusion Once root canal therapycan significantly ease the pain in the treatment of patients with acute pulpitis. It also can reduce the pain of repeated treatment . Compared with repeated root canal therapy, there is no significant difference in long-term curative effect, so once root canal therapy can be preferred in the treatment of acute pulpitis.
