中西医结合治疗脑梗塞的临床效果分析

目的：分析脑梗塞应用中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法整群选择医院2014年4月—2015年12月收治的脑梗塞患者114例，随机分为实验组与对照组，每组57例，实验组患者联合采用中西和西医治疗，对照组患者给予单纯西医治疗，均治疗2个月，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果，对比两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度及日常生活能力。结果实验组临床治疗总有效率94.7%高于对照组82.5%，差异具有统计学意义（χ2=4.254，P<0.05）；治疗后，实验组神经功能缺损（8.9±2.4）分低于对照组（12.9±2.8）分，实验组日常生活能力评分（85.4±4.2）分高于对照组（75.1±4.5）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论临床治疗脑梗塞患者时，应用中西医结合治疗时，临床疗效良好，患者神经功能缺损程度有效降低，日常生活能力显著提高。

Analysis of Clinical Effect on Cerebral Infarction Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the application of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the clinical effect of cerebral infarction. Methods Group selection the hospital in April 2014 — December 2015 admitted 114 cases of patients with cerebral infarction, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 57 cases in each group, experimental group patients give combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, control group pa-tients give pure western medicine treatment, treatment for 8 weeks, observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of nerve function defect degree and the ability to daily life. Results Experimental group, the clinical total effective rate was 94.7% higher than that of the control group is 82.5%, the difference has statistical significance (χ2=4.254, P< 0.05); after treatment, experimental group of nerve function defect (8.9 ± 2.4) points lower than control group (12.9 ± 2.8), experimental group activities of daily living score (85.4 ± 4.2) was higher than that in the control group (75.1 ± 4.5), significant differences, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment of cerebral infarction patients, the combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has good therapeutic effect, can improve the patient's nerve function defect degree, improve the ability of the patient's daily life.
