超声联合生化及病理检查对乙肝的诊断意义分析

目的：探讨分析超声联合生化及病理检查对乙肝的诊断意义。方法随机抽取该院2013年8月—2014年8月收治的100例慢性乙型肝炎患者为研究对象，均进行超声、生化及病理检查，比较诊断效果。结果100例慢性乙型肝炎患者超声诊断方法中45例轻度，17例中度，16例重度，22例肝硬化；生化诊断方法中57例轻度，19例中度，8例重度，16例肝硬化；病理诊断方法中60例轻度，12例中度，10例重度，18例肝硬化。结论超声联合生化及病理检查对乙肝的诊断准确。

Significance of Ultrasound Combined with Biochemical and Pathological Ex-amination in Diagnosis of Hepatitis B

Objective Toinvestigate and analyze diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with biochemical and pathological examination for chronic hepatitis B. Methods 100 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients as the research object in our hospi-tal from August 2013 to August 2014. Pathological diagnosis showed 60 cases with mild, 12 cases with moderate and 10 cases with severe, and 18cases with liver cirrhosis.
