安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中的应用价值

摘    要:目的:分析安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中的应用,为手术室安全管理提供参考。方法以方便选取该院实施手术患者为研究对象,手术室安全管理实施安全干预机制之前(2011年12月―2013年12月﹚260例患者为对照组,实施安全干预机制后收治患者(2014年1月―2016年1月﹚225例为观察组,分析安全干预机制效果,对比两组患者满意度、医疗事故以及医疗纠纷发生情况。结果观察组患者满意度(97.3%﹚显著高于对照组(72.3%﹚(P<0.05﹚,观察组医疗纠纷(0.0%)和医疗事故发生率(0.0%)显著低于对照组医疗纠纷(5.4%﹚和医疗事故发生率(5.8%﹚(P<0.05﹚。结论手术室综合技术较强,建立安全管理机制,着重共安全评估、术中控制来提高风险应对能力,落实各项基本操作,手术室安全管理中实施安全干预机制能够提高患者满意度,减少医疗纠纷,对缓解医患纠纷有重要价值。

Application Value of Safety Intervention Mechanism for Safety Management in Operation Room
Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of safety intervention mechanism for safety management in operation room,and provide reference for operation room safety management. Methods Convenient selection patients with Implementa-tion operation in hospital were selected, security management operating room before the patient safety intervention mecha-nism (December 2011 to December 2013)as control group(260 cases), after the implementation of safety intervention mecha-nism treated patients (January 2014 to January 2016)as observer group (225 cases).Safety intervention mechanism effects were analyzed,two groups of patient satisfaction, and medical malpractice cases are disputes were comparative Analysis. Results Observation group patient satisfaction (97.3%) was significantly higher than control group(72.3%) (P<0.05), the ob-servation group medical disputes (0.0%) and the incidence of malpractice (0.0%) was significantly lower than the control group of medical disputes (5.4%) and medical malpractice incidence (5.8%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Strong operating room integrated technology, the establishment of security management mechanism, focusing on common security assessment, in-traoperative control to improve risk response capability, the implementation of the basic operations, operating room safety management in the implementation of safety intervention mechanism can improve patient satisfaction, reduce medical dis-putes , to alleviate patient disputes of significant value.
