LEEP刀与微波治疗在宫颈糜烂治疗中的临床体会

目的：对比分析LEEP刀和微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2015年6月—2016年1月收治的80例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,分别采用LEEP刀和微波治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组患者平均手术时间、排液时间和术中出血量均短(少)于对照组,治疗组治疗总有效率(97.5%)高于对照组(85.0%),比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂疗效确切,易于操作,尤其是对中重程度宫颈糜烂的治疗,优势更为明显,值得在临床上加以推广和广泛应用。

Clinical Experience in Treatment of Cervical Erosion with LEEP Knife and Microwave

Objective To compare the clinical effect of LEEP knife and microwave in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases of cervical erosion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, from June 2015 to January 2016 each of 40 cases, respectively, using LEEP knife and microwave treatment, the clinical ef-ficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Treatment group, the average operation time, row liquid time and intraop-erative blood loss were short (less) than that of the control group, in treatment group the total efficiency (97.5%) was higher than that of the control group (85.0%), the difference was significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion LEEP knife treatment of cervi-cal erosion is accurate, easy to operate, especially for the treatment of cervical erosion, the advantages of more obvious, it is worth to be popularized and widely used in clinical practice.
