| 摘 要： | 目的：分析手指钝性离断伤实施断指再植术的方法和效果。方法方便选取该院于2014年1月—2015年12月收治的50例手指钝性离断伤患者作为研究对象，在显微镜下实施断指再植术，观察临床治疗效果。结果患者断指再植完全成活40例(80.0%)﹑部分成活7例(14.0%)﹑失败3例(6.0%)，成功率为94.0%。结论断指再植术应用在手指钝性离断伤中具有可行性，彻底清创﹑准确吻合并修复血管和神经组织，能够提高手术成功率。

To Investigate the Effect of Surgical Treatment of Broken Finger Replanta-tion from Blunt |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the method and effect of blunt finger amputation replantation of the implementation. Methods Convenient selection in our hospital 50 cases of blunt finger severed trauma patients from January 2014 to Dectember 2015 as the research object, under a microscope, the implementation of replantation of severed fingers and ob-serve the clinical effect of the treatment. Results Patients with replantation of severed fingers survived completely in 40 cas-es (80%), partially survived in 7 cases (14.0%) and failed in 3 patients (6.0%). The success rate was 94.0%. Conclusion The application of replantation in blunt finger disarticulation injury is feasible, thorough debridement, accurate kiss with re-pair blood vessels and nerve tissue, can improve the success rate of surgery. |
